海淘常用英文邮件沟通模版:
一.订单确认出现故障的:
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have put an order yesterday, and have received order confirmation e-mail.Today I want to check my purchase information. But I can't sign in. It shows me"Please confirm your registration first. You have received an e-mail forthis. Check your input values."
The problem is, I have never received any e-mail for confirm my registrationuntil now.
Please help me. Thank you.
我昨天下单后已经收到了确认订单的邮件。今天想查看我的账户信息,但没法登陆。上面显示“请先确认注册,你已经收到有关此状况的邮件。”问题是我到现在也没收到确认注册的邮件。

二、追问快递号:
Dear Sir/Madam,
My order number is(订单号), which was placed on(订单日期).  May I have the tracking number of it?
Thanks.
我在**(订单日期)下了**(订单号),请提供给我运单号,以便我追踪,可以吗?

三、追问砍单原因:
Dear Sir/Madam,
My order number is(订单号), which was placed on (订单日期).  However, you cancelled it without notifying me.May I know the reason?

四、催卖家发货的:

Since the website showed “Delivery period: ca.10 work days” when I placed the order, I kindly ask if you might accelerate the speed of processing. Thanks!"

My order numberis(订单号),which was shipped on X/XX(发货日期),TRACKINGNO. (这里写快递单号) but for my mistake, the address is wrongin street no.

六、要求退回价格差:
Dear Sir/Madam,
My order number is (订单号). XXX was $20(下单时的价格) and it is $15(现在的价格) now so I strongly request price match, which is $5(差价). Please refund thedifference to my original credit card.

八、追运单、发错货的:

九.申请退货
Dear Sir/Madam,
My order number is (订单号), which was placed on (订单日期).  I don't like it since color is different fromwhat I have expected. Can you offer me free shipping label to return it? Thanks.

(shipping label:出货时外箱上贴有的贴纸,包括产品名称、产品编码、订单号、数量、重量、生产日期、生产厂家、出货地址、流水号等,有些要求有条形码)
接下来是与客服在线沟通常用的那些句子:(要记得先看看你购买商品的网站是否提供在线服务哦,没有的话只能电话或者邮件咨询了)

3、一般国内晚上8-9点,美国那边客服刚上班,开头一句:Hi ,how are you(你好)? 结尾: Have a nice day(祝你今天愉快).
4、经常使用到的一句就是I WANT PRICE PROTECT(我想要价格保护)
5、与客服沟通要多说could you help me(能帮一下忙吗)” “please(请)” “ thanks for your help(谢谢你的帮忙)” 之类的礼貌性的词汇,毕竟你是在要求客服帮你解决问题,态度要友好。
6、记得要表达出“I would recommend 网站名 to my friends(我将把网站介绍给我的朋友)” 让她明白你的好的购物体验是会传播出去产生影响。
7、问题解决好了后别吝啬赞美“ you are best custom service I ever met(你是我见过最好的客服)” “wish you a good day(希望你有美好的一天)”
8、在与客服沟通中,用尽可能简洁的语言描述,表达清楚自己的诉求。
